Full coverage to destination port — we arrange the freight, marine insurance, and present all shipping documents.

Procurement officer submits commodity, volume, incoterm, and destination port via our RFQ engine.

Proforma Issued

Trade desk evaluates and returns a formal Proforma Invoice or soft corporate offer within 24–48 hours.

Production & QC

Sourcing, grading, milling, and multi-stage internal quality control with batch traceability.

Third-Party Inspection

SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas verify container loading, weight certifications, and seal checks.

Documentation

Full export documentation set — B/L, Phytosanitary, Origin, Halal, Health Cert — released against agreed payment terms.

Vessel Departure

Container leaves KPT or PQAM. We track and provide arrival ETA, document copies, and discharge confirmation.

  • Confirmed, Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) Preferred for first-order engagements and new corporate buyers.
  • Structured Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) Percentage advance plus balance against B/L copy — terms scale with buyer history.

We coordinate seamlessly with international inspection bodies to cross-verify container loading, weight certifications, and seal checks before vessel departure.
